CLE
credit Information Illinois: The Illinois Supreme Court has adopted regulations implementing the MCLE system in Illinois which start the initial reporting period for Illinois attorneys on July 1 of 2006. As a result, Illinois attorneys will not be required to have MCLE credit for periods before July 1, 2006, and will not be permitted to claim credit in the period after July 1, 2006, for CLE courses attended before that time. Kansas: Kansas attorneys have been granted credit upon submission of individual attorney applications for credit. The individual attorney forms requested by Kansas have been completed by the program staff and provided to each attending attorney who indicated a desire for Kansas credit. Some blanks on the Kansas forms, notably the attorney's area of practice, must be completed by the individual attorney, at the Kansas CLE Commission's request, before the form provided is forwarded by the attorney to the Kansas Commission. Missouri: Missouri attorneys have been granted 16 hours for the full program. Texas: Texas attorneys have been granted 14 hours credit for the full program. |
